Novisof 400mg Tab(Sofosbuvir) 

Novisof 400 mg is made by Wockhardt Ltd and is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus infection. The main ingredient of this drug is sofosbuvir which acts as an antiviral medication. It helps in reducing the load of hepatitis C virus in the body and removes the virus from the blood over a period of time. 

Side effects caused by this drug are fatigue, nausea, headache, insomnia, anemia(low RBC count). Don’t go for double dose if any single dose is missed instead skip that and wait for another dose.
